You will help companies build an (IT)strategy and help them in defining an IT architecture that will enable them to support their business strategy. To do so, you must understand the company's business and be able to dive deeply into technology issues. You will especially help companies with adopting service-oriented architecture (SOA) approaches toward application development.

    Your Profile

    The ideal candidate has a strong university background in science, computer science or polytechnics; an MBA isn't a handicap at all; industry certifications are interesting like Governance principles, EA standards and any innovative topics and especially in semantic modeling.

    You are a strong communicator: Communication is a key skill; self-confidence is a must. You will have to interact to both technical developers and business managers. You need to be able to stand up in a meeting and tell the most senior person in the room unwelcome news. It goes without saying that you are fluent in Dutch and French.

    You are aware and experienced with communication behaviors of C level's : to the point, sharp and killing.

    You will also need to demonstrate you are on the cutting edge of Enterprise Architecture, Business Architecture and SOA. You are stress resistant and able to take different assignments.     Your Profile

    Preferably the candidate has a minimum of 3 years of software development in .NET environments and he/she will have experience with the programming language and technical platforms detailed below:

    • Development: Extensive experience with OO development; Fluency in the use of the C# pro-gramming language; Ability in Winforms-based application writing; Capability in Webforms-based application writing (ASP.NET); Developing with Web Services and the Remoting distributed tech-nologies; Aptitude with Interoperability (Interop); Sound knowledge of the component based de-velopment principles as explained in Component Based Concepts

    He will be the technical team leader / architect of .NET projects. He will be responsible for the design of applications, their technical quality and their functional and non-functional specifications.

    In close collaboration with our Consulting Manager, he defines the required planning, organizes the development tasks of his team and respects the delays. As technical team leader of the development team, he guides and evaluates his developers.

    Interacting in a large group, he takes the necessary actions to insure a swift technical roll-out of the project. This includes communication between projects, respecting corporate guidelines and application deployment.

    Your Profile

    Preferably the candidate has a minimum of 4 years of software development in .NET environments and he/she will have a relevant experience with architecture issues (Junior Architect) or will have 3 years experience as a confirmed .net Architect working on complex projects or integration issues (Confirmed Architect and Team Leader)
