We are looking for two Scrum Masters for our client active in HR services and payroll management and who will implement Agile principles within development teams, fostering an environment that supports collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-quality delivery.The Scrum Master's mandate is to guide teams through the Scrum framework, acting as a servant leader and facilitator. They help the team work autonomously and continuously improve in order to deliver or enhance product quality while maximizing value.
Profil recherché
The Scrum Master :- Ensures the proper application of the Scrum framework within the team and adherence to Agile principles
- Organizes and facilitates Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Refinement Meeting, Retrospective)
- Ensures that the product backlog and sprint backlog are complete, maintained, prioritized, and have sufficient depth
- Communicates transparently with stakeholders regarding task progress, notably by providing team-related metrics (velocity, burndown, story points, etc.)
- Provides visibility and transparency on Sprint progress
- Supports team dynamics by setting the pace needed to ensure delivery
- Guides the team toward autonomy, accountability, continuous improvement, and focus on the Sprint goal
- Protects the team from external interferences
- Promotes and contributes to effective communication between development teams
Regarding languages, the candidate must be bilingual in French and Dutch, or able to communicate effectively in the second language.
