En quoi consiste la fonction ?

En tant que Lead Application manager, vous êtes responsable d’une équipe d’application manager. Ces applications managers sont responsables eux-mêmes d’un ensemble d’applications sous la dénomination AMS (Application Maintenance Services). Vous êtes responsable de la gouvernance (high level) du parc applicatif ou d’applications.

• Gérer des équipes Application Management.
• Fournir un leadership éclairé avec les équipes IT pour construire, aligner et exécuter les objectifs stratégiques et tactiques pour le domaine applicatif.
• Mettre en place une politique d’amélioration continue des applications existantes.
• Opèrer avec engagement des équipes, l’adoption des technologies émergentes, des tendances et technologies applicables à l’entreprise.
• Implémenter et maintenir une feuille de route d’un cycle de vie des applications (obsolescence, upgrade décommissionnement, remplacement).
• S’assurer de la mise en place de plans d’amélioration continue dans la gestion applicative de manière proactive et sur base du feedback du service delivery management afin de garantir une application optimale pour un service optimal.
• Assurer une implication de l’équipe dans les projets pour assurer la qualité des solutions et la transition vers la maintenance.
• Assurer le respect des normes de qualité dans le delivery (testing, …)
• Etre le point d’escalade sur la gestion des incidents, problèmes sur les zones désignées dans un portefeuille applicatif et établir un reporting clair et pertinent sur l’état de toutes les applications.
• Coordiner, hiérarchiser et planifier le support pour la résolution des problèmes ou/et risques et s’assurer de la fermeture rapide et efficace des tickets.
• Etre responsable du respect du budget annuel pour la gestion applicative et participer à la construction du budget des années suivantes.
• Gestion du cadastre des applications.
• Mesurer et suivre la performance du service en utilisant des KPI/KDI mesurables.
• Rapporter directement au Lead Service Delivery Manager.
