In any outsourcing project, a key success factor is the ability to clearly define, and track, where the client organisation’s responsibilities end, and where the IT supplier’s scope begins. At first, Aprico helped Orange define and document clear demand management processes. In a second phase, Aprico introduced new tools (Jira), in order to categorize demands, scope them, and track how they were being delivered.
